The higher the skyscraper, the stronger the foundation required.

Building a solid base takes patience, and time. It takes coordination, and communication. The skyscrapers we all admire are the finished product – but it’s the foundation-setting process that makes it possible.

This year, Junior Achievement did just that: we built the firm footings for years to come. With your help – our volunteers, donors, partners, students and educators – we laid the groundwork for two towering skyscrapers: JA Finance Park® Montgomery County and the DC Launchpad, a flagship, state-of-the-art facility that will bring JA’s three pillars under one roof within the District.

Our blueprints are developed. Our plans are robust, and they are tenacious. But there’s still work to do. After all, success is a journey not a destination. And thankfully, it’s a journey we’re taking with you.

This year Junior Achievement is empowering over 66,000 bright young minds in Greater Washington to think big and to say “I can”. We’re helping them bridge the relevancy gap between their school life and real life.

Because of you, we’re growing our young people into the leaders of tomorrow.

JA is digging deeper so that we can build higher, as there’s no better foundation than an inspired generation. And that’s a foundation that will stand the test of time.

Thank you.
